I don’t have any eye issues, but I was looking for something to help me unwind. This product is fantastic and provides a wonderful break from screens after a long day. The eSIM connection was a bit troublesome. It operates with some noise, but once the music is playing, you can easily forget about it.

A full charge only seems to last for two 15-minute sessions due to the timed auto shutoff. The only indication that it needs charging is a voice alert, and while the manual states it takes 2.5 to 3 hours to fully charge, I haven't timed it myself. The sound volume is quite low, even on the High setting, making Bluetooth music difficult to hear. The two built-in music tracks are dull and repetitive, so I usually opt to keep the music off.

What I find frustrating is the long delay after pressing a button to change settings; it can take over 5 seconds. This delay can result in accidentally pressing the button multiple times, leading to the voice function announcing steps as it cycles through. There are three buttons, and you need to memorize the functions for short and long presses. Additionally, the buttons lack tactile feedback, which is challenging since your eyes are closed. This makes it hard to find the right button and press it accurately without immediate feedback. I’ve found that when I press the music button, it sometimes changes the pressure setting instead; perhaps the device misinterprets my press, or I simply miss the music button.

On the positive side, I really enjoy the heat and pressure around my eyes, which is why I plan to keep this device. It feels soothing, like massaging your temples when you have a headache. The vibrating function works but feels a bit jarring, so I rarely use it. Overall, it is relaxing, and I use it in bed before sleep. The material is soft and molds to the shape of my face thanks to the adjustable band. The instructions in the handbook are clear and available in several languages.
