I took off one star because it would be nice if it stayed on for more than 15 minutes, and it can be a bit tricky to reach the upper shoulders while sitting. Overall, the quality seems good, and the cushion feels comfortable. The price was reasonable. I can’t comment on long-term performance, as I’ve only had it for about a week.

Then I had an idea: what if I laid sideways on the couch and leaned back just enough to avoid the pain? As someone with thin skin and a bony spine, I hoped this would help. And… it worked! I found success by using it on my upper back and shifting it downward every 5-10 minutes. I kept it on the lowest pressure, but when I reached my lower waist, I turned it up to the highest setting.

I even dozed off a few times while using it on the lowest heat level. I then tried it on my inner thigh and calf, switching sides, and it felt wonderful! I just had to adjust my leg slightly to avoid direct pressure, which would cause discomfort again.

I attempted to use it on my neck but didn’t have much success there. Maybe it works better for those with thicker necks? However, I managed to prop some pillows and adjust it just enough for it to hit my upper shoulders, and that felt great.

While it’s not perfect, I’ve figured out how to angle it to get the most benefit. My arms felt amazing too, especially when lying on my side and moving it up and down. Overall, it’s definitely worth the purchase. Everyone’s body is different, so it may take some experimentation to find what works for you.
