I was experiencing hip pain and my regular vibrator wasn't providing any relief. I tried heat gels combined with vibration, but nothing worked. I then purchased a similar device that cost twice as much, and it helped significantly. The only downside was that I found myself using the three lowest speeds (it had around 20 speeds, maybe more), and it featured a display showing the speed and run time. However, I realized that both the speed indicator and timer were pointless for me. I adjust the speed based on what feels comfortable and effective, and the timer was irrelevant since I just use it until I feel better. What if I set it for 10 minutes and still needed a couple more minutes of relief? Those displays just got in the way of my healing process! After just five days, the device started malfunctioning; it would randomly rev up to full speed after a minute when set to 1 or 2, then drop back down. I tried charging it, but that didn't help, so I returned it and got this one instead! This little machine is smaller, lighter, and works perfectly at half the price, without any issues!

It’s sturdy and well-constructed, and even comes with a nice carrying case. The vibrations are strong enough to work those muscles effectively; I rarely need to use the highest setting. To turn it on or off, just hold the power button for two seconds; quick presses only adjust the strength, which was slightly confusing at first. It charges via USB. I’ll need more time to assess its muscle recovery benefits, but it feels great, and I’m really enjoying it so far.
